The first 3 hours establish the 12-bar OI baseline. The next 24 hours supply 96 evaluation candles. Five extra minutes allow the final closed-candle responses to arrive.
Primary sampler: the last valid Binance observation before each boundary. First-after and nearest are reported separately. All three use the same fixed 0.5× / 5× birth thresholds.
We will report missing and extra level births and data coverage. Collection alone does not establish a closer match, and this test does not establish exact CLLD or arrow agreement.
